Booth Assist · Privacy
Effective July 17, 2026
Booth Assist collects no data. No analytics, no ads, no tracking, no accounts, no third-party services. The app never connects to the internet: there is no networking code in it.
Booth Assist uses the microphone to detect the tempo of the music playing and to estimate the sound level in the room. Audio is analyzed on your device in real time and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted. Nothing the microphone picks up leaves your phone.
Your preferences (display mode, enabled tempo ratios, the dB calibration offset, readout options) are stored locally on your device and nowhere else. Deleting the app deletes them.
Your purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Booth Assist has no account system and receives no personal information about you.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Since the app collects nothing, don't expect much movement.
